A Bright Sunny July Day…
The back yard of the estate transformed into a glistening array of crystal, china, candelabras and four foot tall floral arrangements on each table. The Bride and Groom anticipating a meeting of cultures as their families travel many miles to share in the joy.
Both families spoke different languages and initially smiles were all they could communicate. Interacting became difficult, until a sudden downpour brought everyone together in an act that was a wonder to see.
One hundred and twenty guests in their wedding finery picking up their chairs, helping to move tables, carrying floral arrangements… An impromptu, intimate dining room created under the front portico.
Every guest now had stories of how they “saved the wedding” and according to the Bride, the laughter and camaraderie continues to this day.
What can we do for you?
