Planning a Corporate Holiday Party can be a bit stressful. My job is to assist Corporate Event Planners in the entire process of set up, check in, entertainment, décor, production, venues, menu selections, gifts for the guests, and clean up. This way as the Event Planner you can relax and enjoy the Holiday Celebration as well.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with KW Engineering in planning their Holiday Party. Tiffany contacted me in September by submitting an online Inquiry. She included most of the details she was looking for. The party was to be held on December 17, at Chabot Space and Science Center.

The Menu Selection was fun and we provided a tasting for Tiffany and Christine at their company Headquarters in Oakland. They choose the following Menu.

To finish the evening off we did the desserts and coffee in The Beyond Blastoff Exhibit. This allowed the guest to get up and move around to view all the Center had to offer. The Observatory Complex was open and guests were invited to view Jupiter through one of the Three Giant Telescopes.

As the guests were leaving they were all given handmade gift baskets by Christine.

It was the perfect touch to a beautiful evening.
